Its sculptor is John Seward Johnson Junior (Jr). John Seward Johnson Jr is the grandson of Robert Wood Johnson, who co-founded **Johnson & Johnson**, along with his two brothers; James Wood Johnson and Edward Mead Johnson. ## Johnson V's Johnson Jr would be excluded from his father's will, who left the bulk of his $340 million fortune to Barbara Piasecka Johnson, his second wife, his former chambermaid Esther Underwood Johnson. Along with his siblings, they [sued](https://archives.law.virginia.edu/dengrove/writeup/children-multimillionaire-j-seward-johnson-contest-his-will?ref=journal.rajeshtaylor.com) on grounds that their father was not mentally competent at the time he signed the will. They had two children, John Seward Johnson III who is Co-founder of **Buzzfeed** and actress Clelia Constance Johnson, who goes by the stage name - India Blake.
